Dual Fuel Towel Rails

Are you looking for a high quality towel rail that works on both central heating and electric heating? Take a look at our gorgeous duel fuel towel range.

If you want to keep your towels dry and warm throughout the year it’s seen as wasteful to turn on your entire central heating system just to heat one towel rail right? Well we may have found you the perfect solution to allow you to do just that.

Dual fuel towel rails allow you to enjoy the advantages of both a conventional central heating system and electric heating.Having a dual fuel towel rail can help reduce the need to run your entire heating system, which can lower your energy costs.

They are great at providing you more control over how you use your towel rail, enabling you to quickly activate it when needed whether it be through your central heating or electric powered making it very helpful in those hotter summer months.

What dual fuel options do I have to choose from?

Making the correct towel radiator choice can greatly improve the room's appearance and showcase your individual style. But choosing the appropriate dual fuel towel rail is essential to getting your room’s look just perfect!

Straight dual fuel designed towel rails complement nearly any bathroom design, while curved designs look particularly good in bathrooms with other curved elements like curved glass and vanity units and corner baths.

With both modern and contemporary styles available and a variety of popular colours including anthracite, white, chrome, black and vibrant colours you really are spoilt for choice with a new dual fuel towel rail.

How does a dual fuel towel work and how do you set them up?

Separating the bathroom radiator from the rest of your central heating system is crucial before switching to an electric dual fuel system. Here is how to set it up

Firstly turn off your central heating system first, and make sure the radiator's inlet is closed(flow) and outlet (return) valves are open. This is to allow for the expansion of water.

Then just switch on the element once central heating is off and you closed the inlet valve and keep the return valve open.

Just do the opposite when the weather cools down or you want to go back to using the full central heating system. To reconnect the radiator to your central heating system, turn off the electric element, as mentioned before you then make sure the radiator's inlet is closed(flow) and outlet (return) valves are open.
