Bathroom Takeaway Delivery Information

After ordering your perfect bathroom furniture or accessories, we’ll deliver to your address as soon as possible. Our online bathroom showroom features live stock levels, so we can dispatch products the same day.  You can find full details about our delivery services and expected delivery dates below.

How will my order be sent out? 

The method of delivery will depend on the physical size of your order. A single tap fixture and a full bathroom suite require very different delivery methods!

  • We utilise a courier service for any small, medium or large deliveries.

  • The expected delivery time frame for small, medium or large deliveries is an estimated 1-4 working days. This estimate assumes no unforeseen delays in the courier’s network.

  • Each product will be carefully packaged and distributed to a courier for delivery after being picked from one of our warehouses.
Pallet Delivery

  • We utilise a pallet service on larger or more fragile items where necessary.

  • The expected delivery time frame for a palletised order is 1-4 working days. This estimate assumes no unforeseen delays in the courier’s network.

  • Each product will be carefully packaged and distributed to a courier for delivery after being picked from one of our warehouses.

  • Our pallet couriers will always do their utmost to advise of a delivery date prior to delivering.

  • Our standard pallet service offers kerbside delivery only. Couriers will not be able to move pallets or goods inside a property, up steps or transport down long driveways.

Delivery Costs

Our delivery costs are calculated for UK mainland addresses only. We are not able to offer international shipping. Please note that additional charges may apply if you live in a ‘remote’ area.

As standard our delivery costs depend on the size of your parcel:

Small £2.98

Medium £6.97

Large £11.97

Pallet £34.97

We offer free delivery on all qualifying orders over £399. This will be applied automatically at check-out.

Remote Delivery

Due to courier constraints, additional charges may apply should you live in a ‘remote’ area. These areas include but are not limited to the following:

Channel Islands
Isle of Man

Scilly Isles
Isle of Wight
Northern Ireland
Other Offshore Islands

This is not an exhaustive list. If you are unsure if your area would be classed as ‘remote’, please contact our Customer Service team. If you live in a remote location, get in touch with Customer Services for an accurate quote on delivery costs.

If you do not contact us prior to placing your order, our team may get in touch to take additional payment. We cannot release any goods from the warehouse until we have received the full delivery costs from you.

Bathroom Takeaway Delivery FAQs

How long does Bathroom Takeaway take to deliver?

Depending on the size of your item, the delivery will take between 1 – 4 working days (geographical restrictions apply). If your order is palletised, we will contact you to confirm a convenient delivery date.

When will my order be dispatched?

Once we have packed and dispatched your order, we will send you an email to confirm pending delivery. We’ll also share tracking details of the parcel(s).
Please note that orders are only dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Please note we do not dispatch orders or delivery on a Saturday or Sunday.

I've paid for next day delivery, will my order be with me tomorrow?

We aim to dispatch all purchases on the date that you submit an order online. To guarantee next day delivery, we ask that you order before a certain time. This will allow our warehouse staff to pick and package your items in time.
For next day delivery on large, palletised items, order before 12pm (midday). For smaller items, order before 3.30pm to receive your order the following day.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

All items we deliver require a signature upon receipt. If this is likely to cause a problem, please let us know by calling 0333 305 8200 as soon as possible. We will try and rearrange the delivery to a more convenient day. Please be aware that the courier may levy a charge for rearranging the delivery.

I live on a small street, how will my bathroom suite arrive?

All our large items or “palletised items”, such as bathroom suites and shower enclosures, will arrive with a haulage firm. Our haulage drivers will deliver in a vehicle no bigger than 18 tonnes (about the size of a bin lorry).
If you live on a narrow road that cannot accommodate a lorry, please let us know in advance. Email to explain your situation. We will arrange for a smaller vehicle for your delivery, but this might impact the delivery date.
Unfortunately, our couriers are not insured to enter your property. Therefore we will deliver your new bathroom as close to your property as possible. For this reason, we ask that you have someone at hand to help receive the goods on your specified day.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Yes, you can collect bathroom products directly from our warehouse. To do so, select the customer collection option when placing your order online. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to let you know it is ready for collection.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us straight away once you have placed your order. If you provide your order number, we can have this ready for you to collect within an hour.
Our warehouse opening times are Monday to Friday 6.30am - 17.00pm.

I am unsure of the cost for shipping and delivery timescales. How can I find out more information?
