I have changed my mind and wish to return my order?
We offer a 30 returns policy. We do not offer a collection service for unwanted items, however, you can contact your local courier or a courier of your choice and arrange for them to return the item to us.
Please contact our customer service team on 0333 305 8200 or email and we will add a note to your order. Once your item(s) has been returned to us in a resalable condition, unused and in their original packaging, we will issue a refund for the goods within 5-7 working days.

What to do when an item has arrived damaged?
In the unlikely event you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please email images to with a brief overview or the problem along with your order number. We can then dispatch a new item or issue a refund for the goods supplied. We will also arrange for a carrier to collect the item from you and return it to us at no cost to you.

I have sent in an email, how long should it take to receive a reply?
We aim to reply to all e-mails the same day if received before 15:30 Monday – Friday. Any queries received after this time will be replied to the following working day.
